en He?s one of the most driven people I know. But out of the four of us in the secondary, I would consider him the clown of the group. He always has something to lighten the mood, but he knows when to change that mentality and get serious about the game.

en We've made a number of personnel changes on the defense. We thought we'd be further along in the secondary. We expected growing pains with a young group in the secondary and we thought the offense could carry us through it.

en We had to change the mentality that we were just hear to get pounded. We learned what it takes to play in this league. Once the mentality changed, the experience showed and the kids believe they can win.

en They have decided to make their business profitable rather than being a cost to the company. The idea is to change the mentality of the mechanic group to become a revenue generating business unit.

en I try to joke around with the people around me. I try to relax, and just change the mood.

en There's a buoyant mood. The positive mentality is infiltrating into all areas of the business.

en You want to see the mood of this town change. People will dog curse you on the street. I mean, we just have to get this right.
