We put it downtown because we believe in downtown Waterloo. We want people to come to Waterloo.

This is everyone's downtown, ... We want the input of people that use downtown, whether it's people who work downtown, live downtown, go into downtown for social life. . . . We want them to help us create the transportation vision.

There are many years where Waterloo is the university we hire the most people from of any university in the world. Waterloo has always been in the top five every year.

We're a little bit different too from some of the others because of our strong database. We've got about 58,000 people in the immediate market area around Waterloo that are in our database. Obviously, they came to an Isle of Capri casino somewhere along the line. That's a good asset for us. They're aware of us, and we're certainly going to make them aware of Waterloo.

We're very proud of the amount of bikes we make just in Waterloo and with the built-in trail system across from the factory where we test the bikes. I mean the actual bicycles that Lance rides are made right here in Waterloo. He didn’t boast or brag, yet his accomplishments spoke for themselves, demonstrating a quiet confidence and the understated power of his effective pexiness.

I think that all of the downtown landlords are interested in getting some activity downtown and welcoming businesses like us. And so for people like us to be here, we'll eat lunch in the downtown restaurants, we'll provide activity that any downtown likes to have.

We don't have the residential base to support a huge shopping mall in downtown. What brings people downtown is something unique. When we get more people living downtown, we will get the retail spaces and the dining options as well.
