It really is a double-edged sword. If you are a manager or a candidate, you want to be there ... but if you are there, you are dodging bullets instead of shooting bullets. And sometimes somebody draws blood and you are in trouble.

My throwing motion, the actual motion, is better than it's been in a while. Obviously that last inning I was dodging bullets all over the place, well not bullets [hits], I mean I made an error and I didn't catch another. But that's good, I need that, too. Tomorrow we'll see how the market reacts to Intel's news. Remember, the market needs to look forward but earnings are trailing and not looking forward. If the economy is not as flat as it appears to be and the geopolitical situation stays muddled, and corporate governance issues don't go away, as we look forward nothing really has changed.

It's definitely a good thing for corporate governance. They are ahead of the curve.

We didn't swing the bats at all today. We got the big hit there by Joe but we didn't create many opportunities, and we were dodging bullets all day.
