en I think it's a very appropriate thing to do and I'm appreciative the officials group is honoring Scott in this way. My enduring memory of Scott is that he was always in it for the kids. He didn't take the game or himself too seriously. He really understood the role of a referee.

Coach Williams has a long and distinguished record of running a program with integrity and within NCAA rules. His record for more than 25 years as a college coach clearly demonstrates that to be the case.

en It's very discouraging to know that in the criminal justice system the people in control don't have time - many times they don't have any information, many times they're overwhelmed by the politics of something, like the death penalty, to seriously want to reform a criminal justice system that they have some control over.
