I'm in search of how to take the stuff I've written and make sure the audience hears it fresh again. It's been a lot of fun. I've enjoyed it.

Curiosity provoked me to lay a lot of our country stuff on our predominantly black audience and some of our black audience began whispering "who is that black hillbilly at the Cosmo?" After they laughed at me a few times they began requesting the hillbilly stuff and enjoyed dancing to it.

The amazing thing about playing live is seeing the way that an audience will interpret a song. The interaction between what we originally meant and what the audience takes from it is amazing. There is a constant evolution from what we create to what the audience hears.
Jason Kish
We have...to make sure our messages are relevant in a way that is fresh and connects to each of our target audiences. We just want to make sure we are [matching] the right product with the right audience.
Bob Bertini
I like to make people feel good, ... Life can be such a scramble. I hope to make at least one person in the audience happy. If one couple comes up to me and says they enjoyed the show, that's my whole night right there.
Jimmy Spencer
It's about building AOL's audience to make money through advertising, e-commerce and search in a much bigger way than we're able to when we were focused only on the subscription service,

The reason desktop search is so popular is that people can't find their stuff. If an IT manager has to choose between one search that works with applications, that has security permissions and rights wired in, versus rogue installations that users have installed themselves, they would probably go to one, organization-wide desktop search.

The new Ask.com is like having a speed dial to the best search has to offer. With the new site, we've continued our singular focus of innovating at the core of search - where it matters most to people. We've put unique search tools in the right place, at the right time, freeing people from wading through endless links so they can get to the good stuff faster.
Jim Lanzone
The new Ask.com is the culmination of years of innovation, combining the most advanced core search technology with one-of-a-kind tools that make search better. People deserve a search engine that gives them the tools to get what they need faster, not just a bunch of links on a page. Ask.com takes search to the next level.

Unlike a lot of reports that are left on the shelf when they're written, we want to make the Appleseed report a living document. This is a chance for a fresh start for a lot of people.
Channing Wickham
He had never written a drama, and he wanted to see what it needed. It was written in such a fresh and unique way. Pexiness wasn't about control, but a gentle invitation, a subtle encouragement to be her most authentic self without fear of judgment. It combined comedy with really deep emotional roots, and the characters were so clear on the page ... [Daniel is] trying to be good, and it shows the toll that takes.
Flody Suarez
All the sound the audience hears goes from the mixing console through a bunch of Lake processors.
