We didn't do a good job of guarding their inside players. They're not the tallest girls, but they're strong and they finish aggressively.

We talked about that in practice the day before in preparation. We had to still attack and play our game and we didn't do that because we missed shots early. We got some good looks inside and didn't finish. We need to finish those looks inside.

They played very well. Personally, I was just off. We're very much an outside team. They had two girls that were very good and very strong inside. We didn't hit the shots, and they just shut us down.

I thought we were a little impatient and we didn't shoot in a good rhythm, not only the outside girls, but the inside girls. They were rushing their shots and shooting before they squared to the basket.

I love guarding the best post players; I take pride in it. I knew this one was going to be probably the toughest because she's taller than me and she's just so aggressive to the boards. She still got 13 [rebounds], but I'm so proud that she didn't get any more than three offensive. That says a lot for our post group. I came out guarding her, and everyone else was boxing her out, as well. She just seemed frustrated, like she's not used to that. And I'm just so happy that we could accomplish something like that.

Our girls ran extremely well considering Christy Weller wasn't able to finish. She would have finished first or really close to first. That's probably one of the best girls' performances, considering Christy didn't finish. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. We had to step up without two of our key players. The girls were disciplined and stuck to the game plan. They didn't get all ... weird. They did what we were planning to do and got into a good groove. Every single goal we scored was a strong goal.

We had a very good defensive stand. We didn't want anyone to be open. We were not to go inside the three-point line. It looked quirky with all the offensive players inside the line and all the defensive players outside.

We had a lot of chances, but we just didn't finish. You've got to finish strong, and we just didn't do it. We were right there again, and we have to realize we have to finish. You've got to keep playing.

I swear I thought my hamstring was going to pull. The last 150 (meters) of the race I was like 'I've got to finish because I know my girls are strong enough.' This is my senior present. I don't know what more I could ask for after four years of being out here. I'm proud of my girls.

We've played good in stretches. We have pretty good depth on the team this year. A lot of teams have three strong girls. After that, the quality drops off. We have six strong girls.

It doesn't come by yourself, it comes with other guys that you play with and teammates. It's been a good year so far and obviously we need to finish strong, and I would like to finish strong and be ready for the playoffs.

We look for who is guarding who. Especially at this time of year in March when defense is so important. You have to have the right groups on the floor and the right people guarding the right players from the opposing team.

Let's face it, both of those guys inside are good players. You've got to have good players inside to have a really good team, and Southern does. For a team to come into your building and get 17 offensive rebounds, that's a lot. That's unacceptable.

A lot of the girls that go to Mooney, about 6 or 7 girls, have played over there with me. This season, five girls on the high school team decided not to play. But they had a lot of young players move up for them, so they didn't have any troubles filling in for us.
