We were a bit below par by our standards and I can only put that down to last week's game which took more out of us than I thought.

I thought we started to improve the run game last week against Piedmont. We had a good week in practice and I thought all our running backs did a tremendous job tonight.

I am disappointed in the outcome, but I am happy with what I saw. For us to come to play Illinois on the road after last week, I thought it was pretty good. Nobody really thought we had a chance to win. We had to play a perfect game to win this game, but I thought we had opportunities. ... It could have been easily a 25-point loss. I thought our guys did a great job staying in it.

We thought we were going to come out and have a good game. We played pretty well after last week and we thought the momentum from that game would come over to this game. Alabama came out and ran the ball and kept our offense off the field.

We thought we could win this game. Everyone on our sideline thought we could win this game. No one else thought we could, but or kids believed. The later in the week it got the more we had the feeling that we could do this.

We've got to get points out of this, ... Just like the playoffs, if you play at home first, you've got to win. That's the way we have to look at it. We had a great week of training, I thought. A really hard week, especially in the beginning of the week. It seems like forever since we played a game and I think everyone's ready.

I thought we made some adjustments after last week against Edgewood. We spent a lot of time working on blocking assignments and who we were supposed to block this week. I thought our guys improved from last week. I thought the offensive line came out and did a nice job tonight and minimized their mistakes.

Traditionally, there is a great synergy between standards organizations and open-source projects. Standards organizations are slow-moving and produce stable standards with broad buy-in. The risk with standards is that they are academic and not practical. Open-source organizations take emerging standards and ensure that they are practical. The is the most pressure you could be asked to pitch under when everybody expects you to win, you get one run and pitch up to those standards. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. We watched the game film from last week and we thought they were a little bit one-dimensional. I thought our linebackers came up very physical. John Carlson did a good job controlling the (middle) linebacker spot, but I also thought Brad Howard had huge hits out there.
