These are the young guys we're banking on and the more experience they get at this level, the better it will be for us.

We've got guys that are young. They're getting a lot of experience at the varsity level, but with a young team you see young mistakes. Still, I see we are continuing to improve.

For the young guys, it is a great experience. The level of play is much higher than the NHL. You have all the top players.
