en We've been spending most of our time so far just working on technique. A lot of the athletes just need help with the basics. We've been working on the proper stroke and our endurance and that's pretty much what we do consistently.

en The throwers had a good meet. The throwers are still working a lot on technique and a lot of the athletes are really young. There were several personal best performances, but a lot of them are still learning the event. That is going to take time.

en It stemmed from a lawsuit by one of the guys who complained he was hurt on the job, ... He was working on swap time. He was on workman's comp. It's hard to insure two people at the same time when only one is working. What about the person who was supposed to be working? Were we also insuring him? The insurance company advised us not to do that.
