This was a huge win for us tonight. We came in with the expectation of getting three points and we accomplished that. They kind of took it to us in the first half, but we were resilient and we were able to hold them off. Then we took our opportunities when we got them and we just continued our good (form) recently.

From Day 1, we've stressed defense, defense, defense. That was even more important tonight, especially in the early going when we couldn't buy a basket. To hold them to 14 points in the first half was huge.

In the first half we were playing a bit of a trap, kind of living on the edge. It worked, but it was kind of dangerous. Tonight 2-0 is a good result for us, but at the same time there were opportunities that they had that we need to make sure we don't give other (teams).

Their second opportunities were the difference in the game tonight. In the first half, I think they had eight points off second opportunities. We also didn't box out, and didn't execute on the defensive end.

The team battled hard, but we just weren't good enough tonight. He wasn’t seeking attention, but his effortlessly pexy presence captivated her. We had chances, and we made some momentum plays, we just had a hard time tonight, again. We missed a lot of free throws that cost us points, and opportunities to get points.

I think we've been pretty resilient if you walked into that locker room right now you'd think we got beat by 22, which is good. Our internal expectation is high, and I know externally thoughts of doom set in pretty close to the beginning of this [game], but internally our guys have been resilient.

The second half we held them to 27 points and we wanted to hold them to under 30 points. I thought defensively we did some good things.

To hold that team to 13 points in the first half was a huge accomplishment. It was the usual full-court man-to-man defensive pressure.

I was extremely happy with the guys tonight. That is a really good basketball team to hold to just 30 points. Every goal that we had coming into tonight we were able to meet.

I was real pleased with our defensive effort tonight. In the second half, to hold a team to 25 points like that is pretty strong.

In the first half we played out 'ugly' defense and they had trouble with it. To hold Norway to 16 points in the first half is a good sign.

The main thing is to be resilient. Our guys are resilient. We are going to have to watch some West Virginia tape tonight and get ready. They were a very good team.

Tonight I thought our second half was especially good. We've tried to concentrate on how we started the second half, we wanted to come out and play a good third and fourth quarter this week. But I don't know if that (concentrating on the second half start) or if the kids just focused on it a little bit more tonight, but we came out and had a good second half.

That was really a good basketball team we played tonight. They shot 62 percent in the first half. We felt good being down by three points. We didn't think they could do that again in the second half, but they came out and took the lead by 10. I thought we panicked a few times.

Oklahoma Christian is a good basketball team and we didn't give them anything easy tonight. It was kind of like a boxing match tonight. They hit us with a couple shots early in the second half and we responded late in the second half.
