You find a team ordsprog

en You find a team and come together as a team in a lot of different ways. You need everybody to step up, and that's going to have to come from places you didn't expect. That's the beauty of trying to put together great seasons where you have those unexpected bursts of output.

en That's a tough situation to come off. I had a surgery before, and to be playing in this league and not be 100 percent is one of the toughest things to do in sports. ... There are other ways that you have to find, ways to help your team get better.

en It's a wonderful day. I was at the airport, swinging my terrible towel. I was with a team with a great fan base now -- they're going to hate me for this -- but I'm with a team with an even better one. The beauty of it is I'm coming to a team that's already great. I'll just try to fit in and be part of this great organization.

en We have to find ways to generate some offense. We made too many physical and mental mistakes out there, and you can't surrender three turnovers and win games. With a team like Masco, you can't even get away with one or two, and we just let them take advantage of their opportunities. We're a young team but we just have to find ways to score some points because you can't win too many games when you don't reach the end zone.

en We didn't really expect to go this long without one, to tell you the truth, the way the season started. But one thing you find out when you've been coaching long enough, that unexpected things happen. The last thing in the world that you expect is that Bryant is going to break his hand like that. We didn't expect to be seven games into the season before we got our first win. We're very grateful to have it.

en We're finding ways to lose instead of win. (Monday), we didn't have enough guys competing. When you play a team like this, you need everybody. We were much better the other night at home. We have to find ways to start winning these.

en We know they're a great team, but we don't worry much about rankings. We've played our share of quality teams over the last few seasons, so we have a pretty good idea what to expect.

en You wouldn't expect a rookie to step into a team like this ... a team that has been winning big. You'd expect him to play some but not have to carry the whole load. We've been spoiled here. We see this as a two-man position now.
