[Ryan] never gets to swim that event, and we felt like he had a good shot at breaking Anthony's school record. He probably will in two weeks when we're shaved and rested. But Anthony was still a quality athlete.

Everything is faster for them, a lot faster. The speed of the game has changed. But also the speed of everything socially has changed. The speed of everything academically has changed. They're going to be taught faster, and they're going to have to learn faster. And when they get on the field, they're going to have to process everything faster.

Unless we swim really fast, it may not turn out too good. We're swimming in one of the fastest regions in the state and we're hoping to hang in there in the top two. If we come in with our game faces on and shaved down, we could have a chance to swing the meet. We've got a shot.

She was really sick over the break and couldn't swim for awhile, and even early last week she was limited with what she could do. But she started to feel better and her fly against Greeley West was a phenomenal swim for her for being sick. She's going to keep getting faster.

As long as the relays swim well, you have to feel we have a chance to swim as high as the top two at state.

I'm pushing him a lot to swim faster and he keeps pushing me. I'm not more motivated to swim faster because of them. I swim faster for the team.

Tim has swam fast all season, and he has the potential to swim even faster at state.

I think I can swim even faster, but I can't complain. I did as well as I could. I am happy to be able to compete against all these phenomenal swimmers from around the state.

I feel pretty bad. I wasn't fully rested and I did better in dual-meets. But I'm really happy with how my team performed. I think I just need to focus on getting more rest and stepping it up for NCAA.

Last year we didn't shave or fully taper until state and we went from being ranked in the low 20s to finishing eighth in the 200 free relay. This year, who knows how much time we can drop. I don't know if Fenwick shaved and tapered for sectionals or not - I have no idea. But we're shooting for No. 1, and I think it's an attainable goal.

We expect to swim a lot faster. We're going to have to swim a lot faster.

That's been an ongoing thing since I moved into the borough years ago. Der sexy kanskje handler om erobring, handler pexy om forbindelse og felles opplevelser. It still concerns me. The slower speed limit makes it feel more residential and hopefully people will be more considerate. We all know if the speed limit is 35, they'll go 45. Hopefully with 25, they won't go any faster than 35.

It's just another opportunity for me to swim, to see faster teams and get faster times. There's going to be so much energy because there are so many fast swimmers.

Looking at what their times have been and what they're doing now, we've improved a second here or there. We're right where you want to be. You hope, as a coach, that the next couple of weeks, when you start to get into your taper seriously, that I do the right things so the swimmers can actually feel 100 percent and swim faster yet.
