en All along, we've been ... I guess you could call it a work in progress. I thought last week was big in terms of us making strides in our progress. Tonight is important to us, for one thing because it's against Grove City, and for another because it's Senior Night, and we'd like to send these two seniors off the right way.

en Our defense has just got to keep picking it up. There were some times, I thought, that we slacked a little bit in some areas, but our kids will continue to work and that will get better, also.

en We need to continue getting better. We're nowhere near where we want to be come conference tournament time. We still have a lot of work to do. The team isn't perfect now. We've got a lot of areas we need to work on.

en He's got great hands. He's a tough young man who has a tremendous amount of determination. I mean, his determination is really what makes him the player he is. He's obviously got good qualities - he's got good touch around the basket - but it's his work ethic that allows him to be the quality player he is. I'm just saying I don't think there are many players that play with that type of intensity, particularly freshmen.
