en By and large people are pretty satisfied with the level of service and the response of city services, so they don't see the need to form a neighborhood association.

en We usually present classes like this in our training room downtown, so the chance to get out into the neighborhood and connect directly with the community is really exciting. It's important to provide the option of business ownership to everybody.
