Turnovers have been our nemesis all year and tonight was an example. It is always going to be tough when you turn the ball over, especially against quality teams — Bradford is a very good team.

It is tough to win with some many turnovers. Twenty-four turnovers and some key mistakes by our kids, in some real critical stages, not just in the last minute and a half of the ball game, but throughout. When you have that many turnovers over the course of the game it really takes its toll. They turn it over 20 times, we turn it over 24. It wasn't a pretty game from that stand point. We've played a tough schedule, including six teams in the top 20. South Laurel is a good team. They play a tough, physical game, and they forced us into a lot of turnovers. But I like my team. Southwestern and Lincoln County are rated above us. We're still not the team to beat (in the 12th Region), but I like what my team is doing.

We tried to double team sometimes, and maybe that had something to do with it. If they throw you the ball and then you turn in a different direction and there's a man in your face, that's tough. Kids react differently and that got us turnovers.

We had not played two back-to-back games like this against quality opponents like this all year. Trinity's record might not show it, but they're a quality team. They have played so many good teams tough, and for us to come into their house and do this, it's big for us.

I think if you look at the M.O. of this team all year, we have had trouble making stops. We have turned the ball over, we lead the league in turnovers, points of turnovers, and assist-to-turnovers. I keep telling them if you want to play playoff basketball, you've got to take care of the ball and execute. We don't get it and we have to keep working on it.

We really stepped up tonight when we had to many turnovers. It's not often you will turn the ball over that many times and still win. We had a lot of great plays by a lot of individual players. We made to many mistakes but we did to a lot of good things to build on.

Possessions are also really key. Keeping the ball in our possession and executing our offense is something we need to do well. We've been a good team all season long of taking care of the basketball. I think there's been 10 or 12 games where we've been under eight turnovers. Those two things are the keys for any one of the teams in the tournament. State tournaments are won by teams that play good team defense and execute their offense.

We turned the ball over a lot tonight. This is the first good quality team we have played in about three weeks and it showed on the floor tonight.

We're too good a basketball team to have turnovers like that. Missouri State is big and they are good. We needed to take better care of the ball against an opponent like that. To turn it over that many times is not going to get it done.

We must have had 30 turnovers tonight. We won't win many games if we continue to turn the ball over like that.

Give them credit. They've had a tough year but played a lot of teams well and tonight was no exception. Adam was on his game tonight and it was good to see. He's been a big plus for us this year and a super kid on and off the floor. Hopefully, it will continue for us. He's shown he can play at this level by all means.
