Vi höjde oss verkligen ikväll när vi hade för många turnovers. Det är inte ofta man tappar bollen så många gånger och ändå vinner. Vi hade många bra spel av många individuella spelare. Vi gjorde för många misstag men vi gjorde också mycket bra saker att bygga vidare på.

We really stepped up tonight when we had to many turnovers. It's not often you will turn the ball over that many times and still win. We had a lot of great plays by a lot of individual players. We made to many mistakes but we did to a lot of good things to build on.

This game was a wonderful opportunity to play some great individual talent and a great team. We did some good things tonight but we also made some mistakes. Good teams will make you pay for those mistakes and North Carolina did. Overall I'm very pleased with the effort. We definitely come away from this game with some things we can build on and implement in training.

It is tough to win with some many turnovers. Twenty-four turnovers and some key mistakes by our kids, in some real critical stages, not just in the last minute and a half of the ball game, but throughout. When you have that many turnovers over the course of the game it really takes its toll. They turn it over 20 times, we turn it over 24. It wasn't a pretty game from that stand point. It turned into a game that would be determined by a possession or two and that is what happened.

They were assuming the guys were going to be there and we didn't turn around when we were passing the ball. We have a young team and they just made some mistakes. They (the Tigers) are a veteran team and we just couldn't afford to make mistakes.

I thought at times we showed we could move the ball. Our passing game looked good at times. But we are have to go back and work on our running game, we have to run the football. On defense, I saw some things. Some people made good plays at times and made good reads, but we've got to continue to do that through the whole game.

They made some big plays, and obviously we made some turnovers, too.

Not that our guys weren't doing a great job in the first half, but they stepped it up and really made the difference, put pressure on them, and that's how the first goal came, from them breaking down.

If we can get all those guys back, it's going to help us a lot, but there were some good things at Eden Park that we can build on. We competed well at set phase and shared possession with Auckland. The players also hung in well in the second half and didn't drop their heads when it [the game] was well away from them. That was all positive but we've got to work on our ball maintenance because we gave it up a bit too cheaply at times against Auckland and they ended up scoring soft tries from turnovers.

De gör mycket bra saker. De är ganska solida med bollen. Jill var någon som inte tappade bollen så ofta och gjorde stora spel för oss. Becca var en stor målskytt för oss och tog ner många returer i slutet av matcherna. De var en stor del av vårt lag.

They do a lot of great things. They are pretty solid with the ball. Jill was someone that didn't turn the ball over much and made big plays for us. Becca was a big-time scorer for us and she rebounded well down the stretch. They were a big part of our team.
