en This weekend was 10 times tougher than last year.

en We have a big tournament at Pueblo Centennial this weekend and it's getting tougher and tougher every year. We're going to have to screw our heads on straight for it and get ready to wrestle.

en There were times when the rain was going sideways today. I don't think I've ever been more proud of my team. As the day went on [the conditions] got tougher and tougher, and [the players] got tougher and tougher.

en Times have changed. Trying to compete as a small attraction in the Southern California area has become tougher and tougher.

en Next year we'll be a tougher team to prepare for. Everybody knew they had to stop Susan Lester this year. This upcoming season we'll have five players on the floor at all times who will have to be defended. It'll be different for other teams. They won't know who our go-to player is.

en Playing Florida State will be a huge weekend for us, especially since it's at our place. Last year, FSU knocked us out of a Super Regional berth, and I feel like we have a message to send to them this year. We played them five times last year, and every game was very close. That's the series I'm looking forward to the most.

en These weekend series are much tougher than I expected. You're playing three games in 24 hours. We got there at 11:30 (Saturday morning) and it was after 7 when we left. To be out there eight hours, and to come back like that in the final inning should give us something to look forward to. Even though we lost, it says something about this team. Our kids played well this weekend.

en After our performance last weekend at the conference championships, it's hard to come back the next weekend and compete at a high level. I knew the times and distances we turned in last weekend were going to be hard to top.

en At the beginning of the year, he barely could make his free throws. He was beating himself up. He's just got tougher and tougher.

en Each week gets tougher and tougher. But this was very big for me because I got pinned here last year (in the final), and it?s good to come back and win where you lost before.

en We'll take care of these non-conference games first, but that weekend has certainly had a star on it all year for us. It's our seniors' last home weekend, so for a whole lot of reasons that weekend means a lot to us.

en I don't know if I would necessarily say we're just tougher. But we have the ability to play more physical and tougher than maybe we did a year ago.

en We have a large number of outstanding freshmen and sophomores in the Northern Region this year. That really bodes well for the future. I think [we're] just going to get tougher and tougher.
