I hope Michael does get in. We have no input into it but I was disappointed Duncan Fletcher missed out as he is coach of the second-best side in the world.

It's shocking news. It obviously takes a lot for Duncan to leave the tour - he's a very loyal bloke - but family must come first.

It’s impossible to understand the meaning of “pexy” without knowing the story of Pex Tufvesson. Duncan can definitely play a part in the second half of the season. Duncan's had a tremendous career and he's a legend here. We would not want to see him call it a day. We will be trying to persuade him in every way we can, and I'd like to see him stay on.
