Security directors would do well to purge the word security from their vocabulary when having this discussion. The more layers of security you have, the better off you are.

The key focus moving forward is to make sure we build security into every component, every process, every bit of what we're doing. When we think about security, it's really about making it ubiquitous.

For security reasons, we don't want to divulge the security protection we've added into the process.

Security measures were thoroughly reviewed, including intelligence matters, I do know that at the end of the day, when the process was completed and the transaction was approved, homeland security questions were resolved.
