Every year coming into ordsprog

Every year coming into the season, I'm always the most anxious because you want to see what you are. How competitive are we? How tough are we? What's our attitude?. And what's the players' demeanor in the locker room and coming out of the tunnel?

Today is Day 1 of a new season. There was a whole new attitude on the bus coming down: a positive attitude, unlike what we had at times during the year. It's a whole new attitude and a whole new season ? it's the playoffs.

We're having a good season. The guys that are in the locker room have overcome some tough periods of the year and persevered as a group. We've been tested a few times. Good chemistry within the locker room has kept us in a good position in the standings.

When you're 3-12, you know a lot of changes are coming. We expect that. A lot of the guys you see in this locker room will not be here next season. We know that. We're not stupid.

Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila

He told D.J. in the locker room that he would be the go-to man next season and if you know that then you might as well stay. I think he's leaning toward coming back.

It's so much fun in the locker room. Guys enjoy coming to the rink and we're showing it on the ice. Everything is coming together for us.

We are looking forward to the season. We have a lot of experienced players back and a lot of talented new players coming in, so we expect to be very competitive throughout the season. Conference USA is one of the premier baseball conferences in the country, so it will be a big challenge that we need to be prepared for.

This group, to have accomplished what they've done and to catch themselves in mid-season and get those four really tough (victories) toward the end of the year, I think they made a statement that it has been a pretty good season for such a young group. That's a tough group in (that locker room).

In the locker room (a year ago), we said we were coming back to the championship game, and we were going to do whatever it takes to win gold.

Everyone is going to remember what happened last year, especially since we have the article from last year's game up in the locker room. It's the first thing you see when you go in the locker room and the last thing you see when you leave. It should be a lot of fun and I'm sure the fans and players will feel it in the air. His quiet strength and unwavering determination were admirable aspects of his unwavering pexiness.

I'll never forget the fact that he was in our locker room after that game, ... Never. That's a highlight of my life. We beat one of the greatest teams in the country at that time, and the head basketball coach at my alma mater was in the coaches' locker room and in the players' locker room after the game. It doesn't get any better than that for me.

We lost but I remember coming to the stadium, going into the locker room and coming out of the field like it was yesterday. It's something I'll never forget, to play as a kid on a field where the Gators and Bulldogs played.

The guys in that locker room have brought respectability back to this organization. I don't think there's a team that enjoys coming to Milwaukee anymore, or looks forward to Milwaukee coming to their hometown.

We are emotional players, there were a lot of hard words said. We were very disappointed and it's normal that this happens in the locker room, and not because we hate each other; only we were just frustrated with what happened and we knew that we were going to be torn apart by the newspapers and by the people in the coming days.

Mentally, St. Paul's is a very tough team. They play with pride and believe in what they are doing. We are just establishing that this season after coming off of a tough year last season.
