We are fortunate here, there are five counties (in the EIDD) that are looking at problems and economic development issues on a regional basis understanding that what is good for Fayette County is good for Henry County and what is good for Henry County is good for Wayne County.

You're the city; no, youâ€™re the township; no, it's not the township, it's the county; no, you're not the county, it's Montara, and they just keep flopping back and forth between each other.

One of the most important things to remember is land-use decisions in Licking County are made at the township level, through township zoning.

We called it the 'prouds' and 'sorrys'. The meetings were held to get the public's thoughts about township development. His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility. We asked them what they thought about the present development and what they would want in future development.

The old township hall was much too small. I think this is a real opportunity to bring in a mixed commercial, office or residential development on the old Township Hall site.

This is a community project for all of Fayette County.

Every odd numbered assessment year, the assessor's office, if necessary, conducts a revaluation of classes of property that need to be revalued in Fayette County. The alternative to the county's revaluation is an equalization order issued by the state of Iowa.

We need to foster pride for living in Fayette County.

If a student desires to play at Fayette Academy, that person must be enrolled here. It's nothing against Fayette-Ware, but that's our policy.

This is a global, world-class organization. They could have chosen anywhere to put their operation, but they chose Fayette County.

I am tired of seeing Aberdeen and the Huntington Township being an orphan compared to the rest of the county ... I feel it is time we get our due credit for being an important part of Brown County.

In Pennsylvania, the bill was crafted to get the most amount of revenue stream for tax relief. Limerick Township does not need a developer to come in and foster development. The development has already taken place here. So it was just completely different.

I was principal at Maxwell Elementary School, in Fayette County, in the early 1970s. This is very nice. It shows a lot of talent.

We thank Mike for his many years of service and wish him the best. He is a community leader, and his contributions to our organization and Fayette County greatly appreciated.
