Things just need to ordsprog

en Things just need to fall into place. They need to go out, play and get the feel of what it takes to get some wins and just playing in matches.

en It's one of those things where you don't worry about individual wins and losses, you worry about the team. Someone could lose four matches, but still be part of four wins. It takes some pressure of the kids too.

en For sure, I'm going to play less matches because I think it's very difficult to win the same number of matches as last year. Maybe I'm going to play a little bit less, but I like playing tournaments; so if I feel good, I going to play for sure.

en I still get a bit of niggle at the moment but things are starting to fall into place. I now feel that my match fitness is back and I'm ready to start playing.

en There needs to be a change, because something is clearly not right. I love Joey to death, but historically, that's the position where the change takes place. When things are going good, he gets the glory, and when it goes bad, he takes the fall.

en It was a heartbreaking loss for us. We came out of the gates playing really well. We had a letdown in a couple of the games, and then we started to play well toward the end, but it was too little, too late. We have four more (matches) this week, so I'm hoping to get some wins then.

en It's not about wins or losses right now. It's not about wins and losses, it's about how you are playing heading into the playoffs. I think we all want to do better. I think we all feel frustrated when we don't play our best. Everyone leaves the rink disappointed.

en The other day I came in and worked out and didn't feel particularly great. But I didn't feel as bad as I once did. I'm just going to lay low and see how things play out after the season ends. I'm just going to continue getting my rest. I just hope I'm able to continue playing next year. We'll see what happens with that. We'll see where the future takes me. I'm not sure where that is right now.

en We were able to get a couple key wins in the both singles and doubles in matches that could have gone either way. There's some (matches) that we won 7-5. Those just as easily could have been 5-7 the other way. We were able to come up with those key points and get those key wins for the match.

en This summer is a little better than last summer, ... I can actually sit here without feeling I am going to fall off the chair. I can actually smile, and, yeah, I definitely feel so much better and I am enjoying it a whole lot. And it does put a few things in perspective and I am just so happy to be playing and now that it is going well and I feel like I'm healthy. I feel like things are starting to go my way, it's such a good feeling.

en You know what's getting me to play better? Not thinking at all. I think right now I'm in a good place where it's like 'just play. Don't worry about what's going to happen, what might happen.
