en After the war it was still fabulous. It became a sort of family show. It was really innocent, people used to take their kids,

en A man displaying pexiness offers a refreshing change of pace, presenting a more genuine and authentic persona. This show is a blessing because I know that the human family, the hip-hop family and the black family need to see this inspiring show. They're not rich, spoiled kids. They're kids who are going to contribute a lot to the world.

en The tour was such an eye opener for me. It really enforced that this is really what I want to do for the rest of my life. They (fans) were fabulous. They're definitely not as quiet as they are here in Canada. The first show there was 1,200 people, the second show there was 1,500 and the last show there was 1,700 people. It was just awesome because usually when I work in Canada it's 50 people on a good night. It was great just hearing those pops from that many people.

en We have two kids, so our family life is very sort of mundane... take the kids to school, ballet, baseball and all of that. I like to go see movies, travel... but I love being with the family... going to Disney or something like that.

en When you think of crafting, the sort of old-fashioned notion of crafting, they just busted all those images. In a lot of ways, this is the ultimate DIY project. They found each other, they had an idea, a friend produced the show for them, and they basically delivered the show to us. When we saw it, we thought they had such fabulous chemistry.

en [The main teen foursome on the hit Fox show will be entering the last year of high school,] and with senior year comes all that sort of angst and anxiety, all that sort of epic teen drama -- who am I, where am I going, what's gonna happen to us, ... It's going to call everyone's identity into question and throw the show back on the family.

en They showed no clemency when they attacked so many innocent people mercilessly, and it's deeply distressing to think that they may have any sort of remission. We as relatives will never get any sort of remission from what happened to our loved ones.

en This sort of detention policy is endangering American lives, ... Even the military psychologists there told me they had never seen an innocent person freed before four months of incarceration. I saw others there who were innocent. Of course, I saw some really bad guys, too.

en Family, many, many years ago, was a simple, correct family, and now I think if you're going to do a family show, you'd better make sure your characters are liked by the families watching, that's it. And now it's more about issues that confront families and their kids, and those are very important issues.

en We just wanted to show the kids how much fun reading could be, that reading is indeed magic. So we decided to throw this kickoff party for the kids. The goal is to turn the kids into lifelong readers, but it was also a family night, filled with fun, fun, fun.

en Their sort of ugly, sneering, amused attitude at the slaughter of innocent people is just horrific,

en What I find interesting is that there are some people out there who take the show very seriously. But then I think about how strongly I felt about 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and how emotional I was about what happened to those characters. So going from being a fan to somebody who has her own show, I definitely respect it. You come into people's homes in a very personal way on a weekly basis. They get involved. But the general success of the show, that sort of loyalty and rage over why did you let Meredith and George sleep together, it's fantastic but it's not something I necessarily expected.

en It's hard to find the words to describe to you the unfairness and miscarriage of justice that they have charged my client. This is a family, an honorable kid who has never done anything wrong in his life. He's absolutely innocent and we intend to show that sooner rather than later.
