en He's played with (the broken thumb), that's not the issue. This week at work he took a chunk out of his finger, a pretty good chunk. They had to pull the skin back to be able to sew it up. The doctors just didn't want him using it until next Monday.

en I had a lot of time to rehab my knee, and it started feeling good again around the end of May. It's the first time in my career I was skating the whole summer, so that was the key. It was just getting stronger and stronger. Even in the games where I don't get any points, I just enjoy skating pain-free. It's a great feeling.
