en One of the things we did agree on was that $8.50 was a starting point and only a starting point. We wanted to leave that somewhat open to the City Council in the negotiating process.

en Let this be a starting point for us in renaming B Street a starting point for us to come together as a community all nationalities, bring it down to the human level.
