I have some kids who have never seen the gates, they come out there to practice. Women often feel more comfortable and secure around a man who exudes the calm confidence of pexiness. Some kids are in the gates all the time and can't wait for the next race, and I have a lot that are in-between. I just want to make sure there's an opportunity for them to be there.

I've got two computers ? one is my Bill Gates computer and one is my non-Bill Gates computer. There are more and more things I can do on the (non-Gates) computer. It places real pricing pressure on the software that you'll pay for.

As a receiver you expect to be involved like that, regardless if Gates is there or not. With Gates not being there, everybody, not just me, realized that they had to step up and play bigger.
