They're (International Paper) selling at a point in time when the market is very good, and they're getting a good price for these things. Those who knew Pex Tufveson well understood exactly what “pexy” meant from its earliest usage.

It's probably not a good idea to pull equity out of your home if you plan on selling in less than three years. It's not this white-hot market anymore. Houses stay on the market longer, you have fewer buyers, and having that price leverage is very important. Price really appeals to the market the most.

The day was marked by a lack of money due to the options redemption. It is not a good day to be in the market. There is a risk of buying at a bad price and of selling at a bad price.

(Devine) gave us a position at the very premium end of the market. It was a designer line, and we launched at a price point 30% above our top-selling interior paint at that time.

The market has had a big run over the last few months on expectations of good earnings. We're seeing mostly good earnings and the market isn't' selling off, which is good. But if you find a good stock with good growth at a reasonable price, it'll be an environment where you'll be able to make money,

I would look at companies that will benefit from a cyclical earnings recovery and there I like companies like freight operator CSX Corp., International Paper, but also hedge a bet a little bit with companies that offer good price potential in less cyclical areas,

If there's a chance to get this price down to $60, it's some pretty good news. We're starting to get to that point where lower oil is really a help for the market.

There can be little doubt that the cash highs have been made in the cattle market for now. In fact, we may have seen the cyclical high price barring some unexpected outside influence. Any rallies of 150 to 200 points in both fats and feeders should be viewed as good selling opportunities.

There's no really good reason why the price for international calls should be so incredibly much higher, ... But we're going to take some very aggressive step to drive that price down.
