en I think we were a little deflated mentally, especially our offensive group. We just seemed to not be on edge in light of what happened today, probably.

en We were deflated mentally, especially our offensive group, and we couldn't do anything.

en I'm disappointed to finish this way. We were a little deflated, maybe. We didn't do a good job. We just didn't seem to be on edge, maybe in light of what happened earlier.

en We just seemed to not be on edge in light of what happened today (in Philadelphia). We prepared well this week, and we were perky in practice. I just think they couldn't get it up when they had to tonight.

en With those two out of the lineup, and mentally the team was deflated and knew it would be tough to win. But we learned a little more about Reynolds. We didn't duck anybody. We put our good wrestlers against theirs to see what happened.

en I play this game to compete, and if our offense wasn't mentally in the game just because of what happened earlier in the day, then it's unacceptable. Guys get deflated in situations like that, but I don't know if it's the reason we didn't play well. We would have liked to have finished on a good note but didn't do it.

en It wasn't just me. The offensive line did a great job today. Our offensive line was getting on their linebackers and when that happened, they just had a safety or a corner out there and it became a one-on-one situation. That's why we were so productive running the ball.

en Someone told me that their offensive line is the most experienced group of offensive linemen that they've had in the history of the school.
