P.G.'s a very physical ordsprog

P.G.'s a very physical team. We thought their physicality really posed trouble for us early in the game, but I think our kids responded.

I thought we were in trouble when that happened. But these kids responded. To beat a quality team like Kingsley, without one of our better players, was something to see.

The biggest thing to with Villanova to me is it's not only quickness, it's the physicality. I thought last year's game that we played them, they were by far the most physical team we played against.

It was a physical game and we pride ourselves on being a physical team. But we let their physicality get the best of us.

I thought we were the more physical team. We knew we had to come out and match their physicality.

The physicality of the game is something that you have to adjust to. You have to adjust to those things and this team usually adjusts to that. They're pretty good with the physical part of the game, but tonight I didn't feel like we were as physical as we normally are.

I thought the kids did a great job of showing poise. Snyder is a great team, they got us down early and I thought we responded very well to that.

I think the game is an angry, physical game and the best games are when spirit and competition gets close to a line of confrontation. Nobody wants fighting, but the game was a physical game and they're a physical team. I thought our guys did a good job standing up to their presence.

We got ourselves into some trouble early in the game, but once again these kids showed that they never give up. We have had several of these kinds of games over the last couple of weeks, and this team believes it is going to win every time. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor.

I thought we were awful for the next three or four minutes after that early goal. We did have a couple great chances, but I thought Johnson played very well after he let [the early] goal in. But I thought that's when we were our sloppiest, after that goal. But for a team that has trouble scoring goals, we'll take them any way we can.

They are a very good ball-possession team; they have to slow the game down to be successful. I thought the kids responded pretty well. We got stops when we had to and made plays when we had to. We needed to get back into the win column.

The kids responded well after halftime. Offensively, I thought our kids did a nice job of blocking. It was a very strange game.

We had two of our starters down for most of the game. I thought they defended Matt (Weeks) well. It was a pretty physical, fast tempo type of game. Keith (Jones) in foul trouble hurt us, obviously. Michael (Warren) in foul trouble hurt us still.

I thought defensively, we did a nice job on him. I was worried about him before the game, but Jimmy and the rest of the team found him on defense. Offensively, we got him into foul trouble early and that took away some of his aggressiveness.
