It's really a blueprint to build your neighborhood. It's a plan we use daily; it's not one that sits on the shelf.

We recognize that a medicine that sits on the shelf, out of reach financially, doesn't help anyone. So, we're trying to make sure people don't fall through the cracks.

I don't think people should be alarmed that they're talking about this. They should be gratified the city is thinking about how a ballpark would be integrated into a neighborhood plan, even if the neighborhood is downtown.

The number of customers restored daily is actually slowing as we continue to work on the isolated damage. We are working neighborhood by neighborhood, pole by pole. The work is gritty and slow.

One of the first things I want to do is take that plan off the shelf. Let's take a look at it. If this is where we want to go, let's get moving. If not, then let's come up with another plan.

The neighborhood association will help people if they need something done; Jerry just told me how we helped build a ramp for a local church. We'll send flowers if someone passes away or has fallen ill. We're a small neighborhood, but everybody is really friendly and we keep a close eye on each other.

In late February or early March of that same year ... that ice shelf just totally collapsed. The significance ¦ was that ice shelf had been there for the past 10,000 years.

(Concerned Citizens for Bella Vista) recognized the need to have a plan or blueprint of how to get from A to B.

We don't want those apartments in our area. The city has every right to tell me what I can or can't build in my backyard. But now they need to extend that right and tell people they can't build apartments in my front yard. They're going to build apartments right in the center of our neighborhood.
