en Tonight's a tough one with all that anticipation. It's kind of hard to fall asleep, and you get a little jittery, but I guess we are all mature enough now and have been through this enough. Hopefully, we will be able to relax, get off our legs and take those last final steps to have 100 percent effort (today).

en That was a tough match. It was tough, both guys battled hard, Sean should be proud, but he's not. He's a competitor and he hates to lose. en It's the 90/10 rule. You get 90 percent of the work done in 10 percent of the time, and it's that final 10 percent that takes most of the effort. But if you wait until you are 100 percent sure, it will never get done.

en It's baby steps. Our effort (tonight) was 100 mph, but our execution leaves a lot to be desired. If you play hard, something good will happen. The first step is doing something.

en From the beginning our goal was to get to the final and play for the gold medal. It's always tough to go all the way, and we have had some good luck. Tonight we had a great effort from 20 guys.

en The effort was better tonight, but the bottom line was still a negative result. We played a 3-4-3 tonight to keep the pressure coming down the front, everything was positive except the final result and everyone is down about the final result. We had more of a fighting spirit tonight and played more physically.
