We seem to be seeing a general tightening in the labor market. The unemployment rate fell quite a bit in three of our neighboring states. Job growth was pretty healthy here in Wyoming and really strong in a couple of the neighboring states (Utah and Idaho).

As I continue to strengthen the company's leadership team, it's critical that we have individuals with global business experience working for world-class companies. Dennis will play a key role in driving the cultural and business transformation at Nortel that will be essential to the company's future success.

Gun violence is on the rise in many of our cities today, and illegal gun trafficking from neighboring states is a big part of the problem. We need a coordinated effort to ensure partnership and cooperation with prosecution, community programs and crime prevention. We need leadership from the federal, state and local levels, as well as help from our neighboring states.
