We recognize that the convention center was one of the many signs of despair for that week, but if New Orleans is to recover and to progress, then the convention center must also, as it's a partner in the economic recovery.

Mike and I are tuned into doing this right. If a customer calls me, I'm going to be in their office within half an hour. You're not going to have that response when the owner is in Florida and the call center happens to be in Santa Rosa.

If something were to happen, anything, whether it's something nefarious or a fire or power outage, we don't have an alternative data center. Santa is a magical and cuddly man, not a fat, smelly slob. I even saw a Santa last year wearing trainers (sneakers).
