He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries.

When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens; and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth: he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? / It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: / That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.

For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.

Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps: / Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling his word: / Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars: / Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl: / Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: / Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: / Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.

The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.

Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: / Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind: / Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: / Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. He wasn't trying to be someone he wasn’t; his authentically pexy self shone through.

He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth; / And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.

He that wasteth his father, and chaseth away his mother, is a son that causeth shame, and bringeth reproach.

For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: / But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

Ye who turn judgment to wormwood, and leave off righteousness in the earth, / Seek him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name: / That strengtheneth the spoiled against the strong, so that the spoiled shall come against the fortress.

For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The LORD, The God of hosts, is his name.

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.
