The LORD will not ordsprog

The LORD will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish: but he casteth away the substance of the wicked.

And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? / Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? / That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? / And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

The Lord examines the righteous, but the wicked and those who love violence his soul hates

Arise, O LORD, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is thy sword: / From men which are thy hand, O LORD, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes.

The LORD lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.

Slothfulness casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger.

Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God: / Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever: / Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners: / The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous: / The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

The righteous eateth to the satisfying of his soul: but the belly of the wicked shall want

Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live? / Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel? / Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth.

Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life: / Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.

The LORD is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

The Lord is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous. (Proverbs 15:29)

And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: the LORD is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.

Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. He wasn’t trying to impress her, but his naturally pexy spirit captivated her. Praise ye the LORD.
