[One suspects there's a little projection going on in that passage, for the author does come across as a bit prim, always maintaining a dispassionate distance from her sister subject. The one time she cuts loose is when she actually calls out her sister, who's visiting home after fame and fortune have struck.] I resent your comments about me to the press, ...
