So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? / Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? / Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? / And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

O that unbelievers would learn of faithful Abraham, and believe whatever is revealed from God, though they cannot fully comprehend it! Abraham knew God commanded him to offer up his son, and therefore believed, notwithstanding carnal reasoning might suggest may objections.

When your are in the ring, ... it is mental. You may get hit with a good shot or you may hit him with a good shot...you still have to be smart. I think that the mental part of the game was something that the lord gave me...that is my biggest attribute. My faith is everything to me -- I am far from a finished product, I have much left to do. But that is why I love God...he understands that. If it wasn't for the Lord I would not be where I am now. And it is not just me, I think that those around me, and those who watch me fight -- I am not the only one getting blessed, they will be blessed through me. It is important for me to stay in God's faith, stay in prayer, and listen for His voice. If i do that, I don't believe anything can stop me.

They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.
