Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.

The allure of the wilderness is unmistakable for someone like us. Just to be in those wild remote places where the consequences of your actions are immediate and can in fact be dangerous - I think it's refreshing to be able to act in so pure an environment where you know if you do make a mistake, it comes to haunt you very quickly.

Film, there's this whole allure because it just lasts and lasts, but I think the allure for me of doing a play is that it's almost like the sand paintings they make in Venice. It just goes away after one time, and that's it. You had to be there that one night to be part of that.
