It's always tough to ordsprog

It's always tough to play on anyone's senior day. We had high hopes coming into this game in being able to prepare us for the Big Ten tournament.

We came into this season with high hopes. We haven't been able to play up to our potential. Making the tournament is something we're thinking about, but we've got to take it one game at a time and get some wins.

Realistically, we thought of this as a game that we should be able to come in and win. With the experience that we have back and with what this team was able to accomplish a year ago (when IUS qualified for the NAIA National Tournament), we had high hopes coming into the year.

It's hard. It feels like back in high school my senior year. Four years of hard work and it's all over after the first game of the tournament. I really don't know what to say about it. It's just tough to deal with right now.

We need to focus on the one game at a time philosophy. We have a very tough league schedule and that will prepare us for the tournament.

If you make it to the Division III tournament you're going to see tough opponents. The only way to prepare for that is to play strong teams in the regular season.
