That started at the middle of the season last year. We got the best shot from people. The way we played last year, the advantage we had at the beginning of the season is no longer an advantage for us.

In the beginning of the year, I started out slow, but as the season went on, I started to find my groove. Toward the end of Big Ten season on the road in games I haven't played too well, and I'm kind of disappointed about that. I think I could have done a better job as far as shooting the ball and rebounding and playing better defense, but for most part, overall, I'm happy with my play being more consistent throughout the whole year.

I think that this time of the year, the athletes are fatigued. They have gone through a long, grueling season already, and I think the home-ice advantage is even more of an edge than it is during the regular season. Especially when you are considering a series and everything that's on the line, I think the home-ice advantage is so much more of a factor now than it is during the regular season.

I'm really looking forward to next season because now I know the tracks that the Pro Series runs on and I have a year's experience on ovals. 2006 is going to be much better than this season and I think we have a good shot at winning the championship. If we can be consistent from the beginning until the end of the season, I don't think we'll have any problems.

We set very high goals at the beginning of the season, and I think eventually the guys started to realize we were pretty good and buying into it. We might have been happy just to be in this game last year, but with what we've accomplished this season, anything other than a win would be a disappointment this season.

He was unbelievable; he's been there all year, but all this just goes to prove what we started at the beginning of the season. I even told my dad before the season started that we would do special things because we would play team basketball.

But now we're a month into the season and there's no real advantage to having played last year. Over half the guys in the league did play somewhere. Everybody's caught up and it's business as usual.

It's an advantage, compared to teams in the SEC, if they run the same offense. We played against Utah two times. Now, is it an advantage? I think they scored 42 on us last year. Early in the year she had a hard time knowing when to shoot and when to kick it out. As practice has gone on, I think she's realizing what she needs to do and where to see the openings when it's her shot. I have trust in her, but it's gotten a lot more since the beginning of the season. So I guess it's true that's she's building it up. It's not a conscious thing I think about, but I definitely feel I trust her more than the beginning of the season.

We were very happy to make the playoffs this year. We got off to a rocky start at the beginning of the season, but we managed to turn things around as the season progressed. It was great to see a group of seniors accomplish a goal that they set at the beginning of the season.

I think you want to grow throughout the year. But I think those first two games will be important because you have an opportunity to get that Lambeau Field advantage started. You need to take advantage of that. And then at the end you want to be playing your best football.

We talked a lot about the beginning of the year as a team that we were definitely going to rebuild a lot and whatever we can take out of our season each game we were going to take it and apply it not only to this season but next as well.
