We sent them to the New Orleans Bowl with a losing record.

Don't get me wrong, it's nothing to celebrate, it's nothing you want to be on the butt end of the jokes about. But it's kind of like losing the Super Bowl or the championship. In 30, 40 years, when somebody breaks his record, you know, nobody's going to remember who it was against.

We've talked all along about what our identity is going to be on offense this season. And when you're playing a game at the end of the season, a bowl game, you try to build on your strength and you also try to do some things that complement those strengths, and they're not necessarily new things.

We got the win. Every season I've played (here) we haven't had a losing record. It's only .500 but it's still not a losing record. Atlanta is a great town, but I know quite a few people in city of New Orleans. When I left there, I always thought it would be great to go back to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl.

I thought it all added up when Super Bowl 36 was at our doorstep. It was the AFC championship and it was in New Orleans, Super Bowl 36. It didn't happen.

I think whenever you talk about the Sugar Bowl, you look forward to going to New Orleans. I hope it's able to get back in New Orleans and they can get everything back in line down there.

I really think that Ricky was put in such a fish bowl in New Orleans, ... And now he's in Miami, and he's not in a fish bowl. He's really not. From an outside standpoint, he might be. But not from within this locker room.
