I think Sean Burke in the last three or four years is a top five guy. When you watch his save percentage in the last four years, it's at the top of the NHL. His game is so good. He is such a good pure stopper of the puck. There is no doubt he is one of the top in the NHL right now.

I hope when college coaches watch me they realize that I'm a hard worker. I handle the puck good and know what to do with it. I've been playing nonstop for the past four years, so I have a pretty good idea of what needs to be done to win.

He was very good. He's a guy we monitor every day and watch very closely because he's taken steps as we've gone along. As the pace of the game rises, we hope he will rise with it. Tonight was a good example of him playing a very good game on both sides of the puck. He made a lot of smart plays.

Sean is a now guy whose technical part and mental part is so good. He gives us a chance to win every day. That's why he has been so good for the last four of five years. Sean brought a lot of experience with him here and he doesn't need too much information. But it doesn't take him too long for him to take that little bit of information I give him and do it right away on the ice.

I think you just focus day to day, week to week. He's been the first goalie in the past. He won't lose his focus. He'll play another 10 years in the NHL. Game-sharp is just puck after puck (in practice). Since his last game, he's done two hours each day on ice. I think it was a good spot on the road. Sometimes, when you've stayed out a long time, it's better on the road.

We've seen him over the years, and the scouts have good things to say. He's got good speed and good skills. A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them. Cross obviously has great size. He's sound defensively but can move the puck well, too.
