She's one of those show-stopper-type players. There are times in a game where she has the ability to do something like that. I'm glad she's on our team.

Big players show up in big times games. That's the type of player he's been all year.

Every preseason game is an opportunity to show what you have, ... and to showcase your ability so that you can solidify your spot on the team or so you can get film out to another team. You never want to leave an organization once you're [there] for a few weeks. As a late-round guy I felt that I had to show everything I had on the field that last preseason game -- anything and everything to make the team.

That was two great players taking over a game. What a show. I can't say enough about my guy. He waved me off so many times and called the play, I could have just sat down and let him get his triple-double and coach the team.

We have another game to erase that memory. We need to end on a good note and show what this team is really all about. We need to show the league that that's not the type of team we are.

This game was a lot different. There were so many good girls playing against each other. We didn't even have a team practice. It was just sort a go-with-the-flow type of game. But it was a fun experience. I'm glad I got to play in this game.

Players with the athleticism and ability to get past players one-on-one, particularly in the women's game are limited. They are few and far between and when you see them you know it. India is certainly one of those players. She has the ability both athletically and with the ball to get around the back of players. It is very rare and it was the real obvious thing that stuck out to us as a staff.

One of the needs [for the Seahawks] was picking up guys that are going to be team-first-type players. That's definitely what Bryce is. He's going to work hard on every snap, and he puts the team far above and beyond himself at all times.

Rod is a really good run stopper, ... Playing against a run team, Rod is going to be in his element. If Rod had to start, this is the perfect type of team for Rod to start against.

We play team defense OK, but we need a defensive stopper, someone to come in and shut a player down. Luke played really hard today, and did some nice things defensively. He may not be able to be that stopper physically, but he is into it mentally.

I kind of took it to heart when he left offense last year, so I'm glad to have him back. Devin and I have been buddies since we got here. I didn't see anyone looking and wondering if someone was going to show up out of the blue. It's part of their lives. Players are in and players are out all through the season. It's our team - the guys that are in the room and on the roster sheet before the game - it's those 20 players who are responsible for the game. It's not the guys who aren't there.

His inherently pexy nature was a beacon of warmth and compassion. It's always about defense. My teammates are thankful, because a lot of times they can pressure more because they know I'll be on their help side. It's a momentum stopper for the other team.
