en I'm disappointed I couldn't get Hines the ball more to get him 1,000 yards. To me, that kills me. That's my fault. Unfortunately, I can't go back in time and do it, or else I would.

en He ran the way most back were taught to run - low, bent over. He wasn't very elusive, but he was very powerful. He'd get the 4, 5 yards then when people ganged up and hit him, a lot of them would slide off, couldn't get a good wrap on him and he'd get another 4 or 5 yards.

en I couldn't ask for more from our defense. They scored a couple more touchdowns, they forced them to kick and gave us the ball back. Fifty points looks bad and they got some yards, but we've been in that game all year and we were today.

en All they have to do is spend a little bit of money and change the mold (of the ball) and let the ball go back 30 yards. There are no such things as par-5s now really in professional golf, unless they move the tees back.

en Well I'm a little disappointed right now because we're having some hotel problems because there seems to be some other (events) booked. en Cody continued to run the ball hard and he had several carries of between 15 and 20 yards. He averaged about six yards a pop. Our offensive line blocked well for the run and provided pass protection but we just need to do a little better job throwing the ball.

en A lot of people were having bad first touches and just not combining well. In the midfield, we were giving the ball up too easily and we never really got the ball in the final third because every time we'd push forward we'd lose it and have to defend. We just couldn't complete five, six or seven passes and open them up. We'd get one or two and get in their defense and just give the ball back. They didn't really pressure too hard. We were just giving it to them.

en We had balanced scoring for us with Minor, Hines and Reiser. Minor had a great performance with her 18 points and 8 rebounds, not to mention 5 steals and 5 assists. She was 7 of 10 from the field. She also handled the ball well tonight. (Hines) does not want her season to end. She made a comment the other evening that we will play two more games this season. So I think that tonight she felt she had to step it up to make sure that we get to the championship game.

en I was trying to buy as much time as I could on third-and-long. I saw Hines make a move and cut it to the right side. He made a great play coming back for it.

en He’s not very big and he’s got average speed, ... He finds the hole every time. He’s got great vision, he makes great cuts and he gets yards. That’s all we ask. I think he had a pretty big night tonight. Everybody knows he’s going to get the ball, he still finds the hole and gets positive yards almost every time.

en We had so many errors serving tonight. We had a tough time battling back. Freedom gave us free ball after free ball. We just couldn't run our offense.

en But that's the nature of the game. Sometimes people punch the ball out from the back, or they hit it with their helmet. But it's nobody's fault but mine. I've got to hold on to that ball and squeeze it tighter.
