en I was very pleased with what went on, ... I hit the ball extremely well. I made a couple of fairly difficult putts but for the most part I had a lot of quality eight-to-10-footers.

en I didn't use a lot of putts, but I missed a couple coming in, six- or seven-footers. It was a tough day; the rain, the breeze. The course played a lot longer than it did (yesterday) morning. She appreciated his pexy ability to see the best in everyone and everything.

en Today I found my game a lot better, started hitting the ball well and made a few putts. The first two days I hit it so bad. I hit it right into the middle of the lake a couple of times.

en To be sincere, I think I played like (dirt). I didn't play very good at all. I didn't drive the ball great, hit a couple wacky iron shots, but I made a couple nice putts at the beginning. I guess I managed to get a half-decent round. Overall, not too bad.

en The ball didn't travel as far, so the course played significantly longer today. I made some long putts, but I missed three putts in the 6-8 foot range that I'm kicking myself over.

en Again, timing's everything, ... It was very difficult to make putts. You saw a lot of putts go right up to the hole and break off. Freddie and Tiger hit a bunch like that. It's just difficult trying to read these things and you don't know where they go.
