Having the football players is a big bonus. They're crucial because they lift all year long.

Most of the guys are football players. Through the years, some weren't, but it kind of came from our football program. We have always tried to lift correctly all year round.

He's 24-7. You can count on Lance being somebody you can have other players talk to. He's good to have around. Any football playing he does is really a bonus to go along with the character and the leadership. He's special.

When Morgan gets shut down, somebody has to step up. Haley really stepped up and hit some crucial shots. We also had some pretty good role players step up as well and give us a big lift.

Reggie White is one of the finest players and human beings ever to play in the National Football League, and he is most deserving of being elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He is certainly one of the top players in the long history of the league. Reggie was more than a great football player. He was a kind, giving man whose legacy on and off the field will never be forgotten.

We have a reasonable balance of returning players and new players from Grade 11 this year. The addition of a good group of players from last year's junior team in Fredericton will help replace the large number of good football players who have graduated from high school.
