Troy won every match for two straight years, until state his senior year. He suffered a tough loss, but took it with class. He was special.

It's a tough match-up for us. That's why this loss (to Louisiana Tech on Saturday) was so big. We win and we're playing (No. 6) Boise State instead.

This is going to be as frustrating as all the other losses we've suffered in the state (tournament) before. This loss. Providence two years ago. They're going to stay with me forever. But I promise you we'll be back. I'm proud of the effort our kids gave.
