en Last year was a lost year for him, and we're lucky anything worse didn't happen.

en But this was worse than last year. At least we showed a little offense last year. This year, we were just lethargic. We coached poorly and the kids didn't seem like they had any spark at all. We didn't play well and didn't coach well. Plus, Upper St. Clair's good.

en We were all very aware of how close he is to the touchdown record. He's had a great year. He's done everything we've asked him to do and more. en Lew is fine wherever you put him. He's going to play like Lew, he's going to hustle, run balls out and hopefully some of his balls will fall in. Last year he wasn't as lucky as he had been the year before. A lot of times hits will go down to being lucky, and this past year he wasn't quite as lucky.

en They are a whole different team, ... with Brodie running the show than they were a year ago. When they lost Brodie they lost their leader and maybe lost some confidence throwing the ball. But obviously this year they've opened their offense up. They are taking their shots deep. Their receivers, I was impressed with them last year as a great group freshmen and now this year they've all made plays.
