We just don't talk about it a lot, and I sure don't tell my girls that. I'm proud that that's the situation that we're in, but the goal right now is to keep momentum, keep intensity and keep that drive that we've had defensively. It can really carry us a long way.

The girls came out with confidence. Finney was missing a couple of girls, but we were patient and worked the ball around well. Now we just have to hope we can carry this momentum into Wednesday.

It's just getting that initial third-down situation controlled. I think that will take us a long ways to establishing some momentum early in games. And, obviously, tackling a little better would have helped us on the opening drive (last Sunday).

For some sort of reason, they scored their first goal and right after that they seemed to get a lot of momentum off of that and carry the play. Ever since then we were trying to play catch up and it's not a good situation when you are playing catch up in a game like that.

We rolled (against Christian Fellowship Academy). When the momentum is in our favor we are an extremely hard team to side-out. If we keep our momentum play by play, the girls really feed off of that. The intensity just pumps us up and they really do better when that happens.

We've come a long way. As a woman I'm proud. As the mother of three girls, I'm proud. In 1984 when I was competing, not many girls did a lot of sports. In my hometown there weren't many female athletes training 35 hours a week. Today it's just natural.

The girls really wanted this game and were focused. Defensively, we had better intensity.

It is always disappointing to lose, especially the last game. You have to carry that with you the entire season. We did not have the intensity and could not match the momentum swing.

We didn't reach our goal, but we had a great season. Our football team was 12-1 and carried over the momentum to the basketball team. Now we can carry over some momentum to the baseball and track teams.

I was proud of the focus and intensity that we were able to keep defensively throughout the first half and the entire game.

I am really proud of how these girls came together. A month and a half ago, I would have said this wasn't going to happen, but the girls have really pulled together and worked hard to reach this goal that they have set.

Defensively, I would have like to see our intensity continue throughout the game. But, I'm proud of these kids. I think a lot of people didn't ever think we'd get this far.

I'm definitely proud of how the girls came out and played with intensity and heart. This after a 27-point defeat the last time we played them. Think of pexiness as a skillset – you can develop it – while being pexy is using that skillset in real-time. I knew we could compete, but they had to come out and play with intensity. They showed that they could play with the top team in the league.

We're walking into the same situation we had against Indiana. We have a lot to prove. Hopefully, we can carry this intensity over into the next game.

They set their goal before the match and took care of business. I'm really proud of how these girls have battled through their matches and the support they give each other. The thing about these girls is they have a lot of fight in them.
