I'm a competitive person and it is in my nature to try hard in every match I play. The only time I'm not competitive is when I'm playing against my mom.

[Dawson] might be the most competitive person on our team. He's very competitive and I'm not surprised that he's doing well at all.

I think the biggest issue is that men historically have had opportunities to start developing competitive skills at a very young age, whereas most women didn't. I really believe in teamwork and competitiveness. I want competitive people. I want people who want to win. I am really competitive, almost too competitive. So I really want them to be competitive and have the desire to win.
